Hello! I am in the process of researching an article on the medical management of spider bites, with some help from the British Arachnological Society, and wondered of anyone could help me by providing a list of the commonest tarantula's imported as pets in this country;It is not an article stirring up fear of spiders or arachnaphobia, rather something to guide medical practitioner's, like myself, when it comes to spider bites, as not alot is known or taught in the UK about this subject, and patients usually end up being sent to the nearest school of tropical medicine for help! Hi, I recieved today a Costa Rican Zebra Female, she is good size though probably not fully mature, there was sticky brown "stuff" on the damp tissues in the plastic container; Just spider poo or something more serious?
