Virus warning

I just thought I would post this to warn other users that a virus is sending out emailes pretending to come from Ray Hale. It arrived in our inbox this morning and was stopped bu our antivirus software . It was carrying the W32.Netsky.M@mm in an attatched document. more info on this virus can be found at http://securityresponse.symantec.com...tsky.d@mm.html

This virus infects a computer reads that computers address book and sends itself to all it finds pretending to be frome one of the addresses it read . This means that the virus was not sent by Ray hale ( he is in no way responcible for it ) he just happend to be in an infected computers address book

I allreay had some but my virus scanner fourn them 1st before me thank god lol

For the last four weeks I have had emails from just about everyone out there with this virus attached on average 20 a day. I know its not from most of them. I run the latest iternet security tools which update daily but I recieve even emails from Kim with attached vriuses.

Now she uses my PC. Also we have online email virus filtering! there is no way that anyone should get a virus sent from us. However its happening. we get return emails from companys and ISP's saying we have sent emails with this virus attached. Which cannot be the case.


I suggest that if we all be vigalent and update our anti virus software regularly this sort of thing will be short run.
