polystyrene sheets

hi again all,
does anyone have any suggestions for where to look to buy polystyrene sheets to use as insulation for external heat mats?

Just tried B&Q but with no joy.

Hi mate the best stuff to buy is Jablite this is expanded polystyrene insulation for floors, walls and roofs its cheap and comes in massive sheets thickness to suit so you can cut to size you can get this at your local builders yard
