  • A few of mine.

I decided to dust off my camera today. Here are a few of the better results, for your approval.

Adult female Poecilotheria regalis. My biggest spider, and the one I'm most cautious about. I was a little nervous getting this set up, but she behaved nice and calmly. Better than most.

Case in point: large juvenile Pandinus imperator. Try stopping him from wandering off.

Adult female Pterinochilus murinus RCF. Rehoused today and a little sulky about it.

    ...And her suitor.

Adult female Brachypelma verdezi. Recently moulted.

Subadult(?) Acanthoscurria geniculata. Also recently moulted. Those colours are what made me start clicking today.

Gorgeous pics. I love to see freshly moulted tarantulas. It's one of the most beautiful things in nature.

          Thanks.

By the way, I'd already uploaded these before I realised I'd cropped on of the pokie's front toes off. It's too well camouflaged, I tell ya...
