Well not exactly, but my Ceratogyrus brachycephalus egg-sac has hatched this morning

Anybody else had some seasonal births/events?

If they arrive in time, there's going to be some festive Haplopelma copulation taking place in the depths of South Wales tonight!

          Seasonal events

Not really waiting for anything. I will see what Santa brings. Mind you a few years ago we mated Brachypelma albopilosum on Christmas day. Now thats dedication for you. ( Some might say Sad I suppose). Enjoy your day arachnid lovers.

Yep, I've got four Selenocosmia crassipes egg sacs hatch, two different Selentoypus spp. hatch, two Selenocosmia sp. and nowhere to put them all!! All up about 1400 slings ATM I think.

              Hi all,

We have one very heavily gravid B.baumgarteni digging a burrow and lining everywhere with silk. Shes huge, looks to me like shes about to drop after cooling her for a week .... We have an A.genic tending her eggsack and a heavily gravid H.lividum who looks about to drop after encasing herself in a silk cocoon.

              Fingers, toes and eyes crossed.

              regards
