Hi,
It has come to my attention that a certain dealer in Germany is selling a Ceratogyrus species from southern Zambia with my name on it as the collector. I just want to state that I have never been in Zambia and thus have not collected the original specimens (they are F1 from a WC female and if they were mine they wouldn't be on the market as I would try to set up breeding groups with them).
Why this is done, I have no idea. The only thing I can imagine is to ruin my good name with the various conservation authorities in southern Africa or to sell more of these because of my reputation in African Baboonspiders.
