Here goes, this is (hopefully) the start of a Poecilotheria appreciation thread. Love to see all Poecilotheria pictures, one of the most beautiful family of tarantulas there is:
To start with, here's a juvenile male P. metallica. This is the first tarantula I ever owned, sadly although he matured he passed away a couple of years ago due to dyskenetic syndrome. Tony, you're sorely missed.
Here's one of my adult female P. pedersenis, cute little fluffs!
And a male
An adult male P. striata, beautiful colours!
A mature male P. rufilata
And here is a female!
This is an adult female P. miranda, not the largest but (in my opinion) the most beautiful and striking of the lot!
An adult female P. formosa
Finally an adult female P. subfusca
Enjoy!!
