  • Brachypelma albopilosum (spooks) no longer with us.

    This is Spooks my loverable Brachypelma albopilosum.

    Before he moulted into a mature male very curly indeed

    And this was his last day with me before going out on breeding loan

    He didnt make it back to me as the female was just that bit quicker than Spooks and he became her 3rd male victim

    Miss him still.

    Ah thats a shame, theyre lovely Ts. One of the reasons I dont want to loan mine out if they turn out to be male.

      Trouble is Larry if you keep them all they do is pace up and down looking for a female as they are on a time limit.
      He had a go at what he was put on this earth to do but I do miss him and prey that my other spids are female

        Aww, poor Spooks, I'm sorry to hear that. He was a beauty. I'm aiming to get a Curly Hair for my second T.

          That would be a fine choice as a 2nd spider very distinctive looking and always ready to eat
