Thanks again to everyone for the warm welcome. I enjoyed my stay in England (not to mention my post-UK hedonistic indulgence in Amsterdam). It's sunny and 75F [24C] back here in Nashville, but I'd be glad to still be downing pints with y'all.

Anyway, I shot mostly video at the Lectures, but thought I'd post a handful of photos I did take.

First, exterior shots of the beautiful venue - the Aztec Hotel & Spa. In all of my travel over 43 years, I don't think I have stayed anywhere nicer.

Next, Eddy with Debby Scher (note Eddy's t-shirt)

Close-up of the t-shirt that Eddy and Chris "Tescos" Sainsbury were wearing

Sorry to say that as per the norm at these type of things, that I never took many good photos so it looks like I will be relying on Eddy for next years T-shirt material!

And this snap shot of a group of people where I just happened to notice Michael Jacobi seemingly enjoying a nice game of pocket billiards…..and why not.

          Cheers
          Chris

Nice happy snaps Chris!! MJ's just checking to see if they've dropped yet, LOL

And poor RCG, baby deer in the headlight impression was priceless.

Just keeping track of the twig and berries...

I have posted some photos from my Thursday trip to the BMNH in an Arachnoboards thread - click here. And an additional one of the REAL Hysterocrates hercules here.

              Regards, Michael

People who didn't attend the lectures should know that they missed the opportunity to see Peter Kirk in the "buff"

And not a Buff in sight...!

                      Deja vu anyone??

The first three photos are from the 2004 Lectures - the second two are from the 2007 Lectures. I'm sure there were some projector traumas in between!!!!
