    I have bred Chillies many times but have never had on change in apearance so much after a shed

    Its as if the setae were not properly formed before it moulted? Looks like she's had a shave!

      I have never seen anyone post something as dramatic as that regarding a post molt change Hopefully you'll get your old T back with the next molt.

        Was there a significant environmental change? Temperature or diet? Was the intermolt time the same?

        Can you give us more details?

        Also, what's a "chili"? Honestly, I don't know this common name.
        They've got oour names! It's the pris'n hoose for us!

            no no changes at all, weather has been a bit hot lately but my spider shed in heated and cooled so shoulndt have been any temp change, shedding took about 20 hours which i suppose is about right.
