Coir

We bought some coir yesterday, watered it, however this morning it's still a little damp. We're going to be making the journey back from West Midlands to North Wales in a couple of hours. I've heard of people baking coir, can anybody suggest any temps and times for baking it? It's already in a huge baking tray .
