Ooh I don't think I have introduced myself visually yet, so here goes! I'm hoping to go the the BTS this year, and it would be nice to recognise people!

My Gaming name is HellsBunny - and this picture represents that! lol
My albums are 'open' on facebook, and you are welcome to browse.
We have recently acquired three tarantulas.
2 x Slings
1 x Juvi.
One of my slings 'went missing'. No idea what happened to it. So now I'm getting a new Juvi - I feel rather terrible about the one that 'got away'. It could not have escaped - and I am not sure if maybe one of the visiting kids got hold of it while I turned my back. They are all in terariums now though, and NO CHANCE of anyone going in there without me knowing!!!
That is that really
It is nice to finally make it here.
Hi Riana, Welcome to the forum, hope you find lots to interest you,
No, sorry I should have said I need to drive 20 minutes off base to get to a pet store.
My base is very small, but so is my surrounding community. The nearby town is only 2500 people. That's why I have to drive so far to get to a pet store, it is in the next town past that, a city of about 15,000. Yeah, I'm pretty much out in the boonies. If I need to make any large purchases, like our recent computer, I have to drive an hour.
We have most everything that larger bases have, but our selection is a lot smaller.
Wow you even have pet stores on base?
The bases I "visited" had three supermarktes, a bowling alley, a public swimming pool and much more.. Very impressing.
Just as your safety measures at the gates..
I was a Petty Officer second class (OR5) only.. Far away from your rank
Ah, so your work is more in an office?
Which rank do you have?
I´ve been at US bases (in europe) a few times. It´s very interesting to see how independet they are.
All you need is there.. Even supermarkets..
Yeah, unfortunately most of my time is at the desk writing test pans, but I do get to travel to the test range for the actual tests themselves. That is very cool. I'm a Major (O-4). Yeah, our bases are little cities to themselves. I live on base and prety much everyhting I need is here. It's kinda nice. Although I do have to drive about 20 minutes to get to the pet store to buy feeders.
