I think it means that Strand first described this species as A. cyaneopubescens.
After that it was recorded/redescribed under other names (Eurypelma and then Delopelma) until 1995 when Schmidt created the genus Chromatopelma for the species cyaneopubescens?

            Hi!

If you do speak some German, Kirdec, have a look at
Striffler, B. F. 2003. "Literatur Recherche - Was hat das mit Vogelspinnen zu tun?" DeArGe Mitteilungen 8(1): 14-18.

All your questions regarding the use and understanding of Platnick are discussed in it.
The article can be found @ DeArGe's Archives.
As mentioned by Scourge above the Genus is monotypic.

            Cheers,
            Uwe
