My little 'smithi' spiderling..
I checked the tank...couldnt see it anywhere.
I lifted its little coconut hide...Nothing..
I looked everywhere. It couldnt have escaped, i'm too careful..
Whilst probing around, i noticed the substrate moving...and out it popped on the other side of the tank..
It seems it is having great fun moving around just under the surface...and then popping it head out...Then it digs down again and heads in a different direction...
Watching the little underground trails its making...and the way it suddenly springs out...has a look around...and then goes back down
If i didnt know better...I'd say it was playing...
Its so funny to watch...
Its currently back in its coconut now..sitting by the entrance..

) spiderling,(named Humbug!) which I`ve just transfered to a slightly larger container. He`s acting in a very similar way. It`s almost like he`s relishing the extra space. It`s very entertaining. 
Are all spiderlings so cute? (this is my first spiderling). I wonder if he will burrow so extensively when he becomes an adult?
