Hi all
I'm a new member of the BTS and would just like to extend many thanks.
I would like to thank Mike Conabeer and his partner Sarah who both work at the H B for their tireless enthusisasm and endless skill in making all my stupid questions answerable (and never making me look like a prat when asking them
)
May our whole family extend a big thank you to all we met at the BTS show. Everyone was so helpfull, friendly and everyone made us feel totally 'at home'. A wonderful day out for us and the children, who were also treated like they mattered. Kids came home with new pets (Stick Insects & Millipede) and were given sound comprehensive advise on how to look after thier new 'babies'
Just one word of complaint
how can our spider collection double in just 3 hours !!!! you tempters you !!!! too many goodies, not enough spare tanks 
Naw just kidding, custom made tanks being made as we speak.
Many thanks again to all for a brilliant, show and safe familly outing for us.
