  • Spiderling Death?

i have had i siderling for about 1 and a half months now and came home after work and found it dead ? she was fine the day before and was eating loads ( 5 pinhead crickets ) every other day or so. She was active and looked heathly.

The only thing that i can think of is that i did move her into a smaller tub about a week ago...

Now she was a curly hair ( brachypelma albopilosa ) and was only about 1cm or less!!

Now i'am just wondering how she died? she was keep in a cabinet along with the rest of my spiders with a temperature of 78 degrees F.

I cant think of a possible reson ?

Is this a commen thing to happen to young spiders ?

    Dan.

Its harsh but really its just mother nature taking her course of action the fittest survive and the weak dont make it its the design for life unfortunately. Sometimes even with all the requirements and right methods even that doesnt help. It is harder to rare up slings than take care of sub adult or adult but if you can manage to raise it from sling to adult you done a good job and will get better at it and be more daring to try new methods.

Sorry to hear of that You were feeding quite a lot imo but I doubt that would have caused any problems.
As everyone has said some just die.
