Humidity for the mentioned species you would be looking min 80%- max 95%. As you mentioned the pet pals have a lot of ventilation so is worth covering roughly 2/3rds of the ventilation. Keep substrate relativelt damp but not a mudbath or excess water floating around. Depth of the substrate i'd say just under half way to half way full for a species of their size.
