Sorry guys but I have to ask, after having my T for quite sometime now about a week ago I found what I thought was a tiny pebble in the tank, like a wally that I am I thought it was a very small pebble and tried to pick it out with my fingers but to my horror found out that it was soft and not a pebble. All I can say is it must be spider pooh, you maybe laughing now but believe me at the time I didnt think it was funny!!!!! My son told me she must be dehydrating as she never did that when he had her. Is he having me on? Also when I removed the bits left over from a cricket she had eaten it was full of little mites(like tiny spiders) I havent seen anymore in the tank. Is this normal? Thankyou all for your advice in the past and I dont mind if you have a laugh at my expense as long as I learn more its ok!

It was probably a prey bolus. Mashed up bits of food that the spider can't eat rolled into a nice ball (and usually stuffed into a corner). I've never picked one up with my fingers, so I can't tell you what they feel like
Spider poo can also sometimes look like a clearish liquid with small elongated things in it that look like eggs.
You probably removed the mites along with the uneaten prey, so unless you get a major outbreak, I wouldn't worry about it
