Memebership period

I just received my annual renewal notice for BTS membership and I was wondering if anyone had thought of offering memberships on a longer term basis. I would be quite happy to sign up for 5 or so (especially for a slight discount), and It would presumably mean less work for the committee if the notices had to go out less often

I'd second this idea wholeheartedly, as long as the 1 year option was still available for those without the available cash. I'm not even too bothered about the discount. Great idea!

The BTS does allow you to join for longer, this is not a problem, we have serval members the signed up for 5 years etc.

Unfortunatly as the BTS run the memberships with very little profit, and I mean very little. We cannot offer a discounts for long term sign ups.

Plus as you wel know nothing but nothing gets cheaper in the UK, with the blood suckers like Brown and co, its only going to get worse.

If you want to sign up for longer periods just contact Angela Hale, I might even add this option to the BTS e-store.

Thanks Mark. To be honest it's the remembering to renew after pinning the letter to the fridge that's the biggest problem for me. The money's not really an issue. I would say that membership is fantastic value, but I can't for the life of me remember how much it is! I must be happy with it though, as I keep sending the money every year
