  • It FINALLY Happened

    Woke up this morning and went to check my T's and slings as usual. Well I noticed something funny with my G. aureostriata, yes it was a molt!!!
    This was the last T I expected to molt, I would estimate it has grown quite a bit and has gone from around 2cm to 3cm legspan.
    I've taken some pics, but the batteries are now flat so will post some pics when they're charged.

      Congratulations, here's hoping it's one in a chain now as since I came back from West Wales I found 4!

      So exciting! And especially to see the change in size!

        And some pics, and there was me convinced my T's would never moult just to p**s me off!!!

        This was the first site this morning




        And this is the best pic I've got of the newly moulted T so far. Im going to leave it be for a bit then in a few days try and feed it and get some better Pics

          Excellent pictures and they are so cute! I love the ethereal look they get when they first molt and are all white and glowing. Very nice!

            Mike, that C, fasciatum looks like it's going to burst!!! lol!

            Funnily enough, so does my A, geniculata!

            Such a buzz to find them moulted though - keep checking the blondi and the parahybana all the time now.....

                My middle sized A. geniculata looks like its about to burst aswell lol So I should have a couple more moults any time now...
