No need to be rude sir!

Could I just remind all BTS members that I do this for fun and for the good of the hobby. I have been a commitee members for over 15 years and in that time I have never once refused to take a call from a member or have I been rude to anyone.

Recently i have recieved a number of e-mails from a couple of members who think that I should resond to thier e-mails within minutes of them posting and that it is their right to be rude and offensive to me and more annoyingly to Angela. I am a patient man and I love the hobby and organising the exhibition but I will not be told that I am useless or not interested in helping members or that we only run the BTS for the money. I repond to every e-mail ( however trivial ) and try to offer advice. I spend hours on the phone to members and love doing so.

Sorry but I had to say it. The vast majority of you guys make it worth while but with the exhibition approaching I dont need abuse. You know who you are and so do I, so please direct your concerns to me in person on the day.

Come on guys and girls leave the poor sod alone. I promise you all I will give him all the abuse he deserves at the BTS lectures, but for now he needs to rest through out the year so that he can cope with this(me) in the abuseive season!

i am not a member {but going to join}, we met both ray and angela last year {when we had to collect some t's from them, which we stupidly forgot and left at last yrs bts lol}, and have to say that they are dedicated to hobby and were more than willing to give us information and advice. They are nice people who put a lot of time and effort into the hobby/exhibitions which we love atending. A little respect and understandiny that they are busy, wouldnt go amiss

Sorry to hear about all the trouble you have had, Im a new member to the BTS and havent had any problems and everyone I have talked to is great. Can't wait for my first Expo in May I must say though I think this maybe a strangely new thing cause I talk alot on Arachnophiles Forum and recently there have been some new members who have used loads of bad language, and I assume they were banned because I havent seen anything of them since lol. Everyone on Arachnophiles is amazing they took me in straight away and have become friends
