No dangerous stuff Im afraid but there sure is some intersting stuff over here.

The only almost dangerous thing we have is the commen adder but that =
1. is not a bug
2. i dont think it could kill you.

You can still "bug hunt"........
We just don't travel as far and turn over smaller stones

you're still welcome to come along when i go out photographing nature.

Got V Berus (adder) to do mid summer and Natrix natrix (grass snake) to do later in the year in the south of england.

There is a Tick which can be VERY dangerous/deadly I think in England, I really cant remember the illness it causes but one of the sypmtoms is a <Bulls Eye, effect marking/bruising from where it digs in. If it isnt caught in the early stages Im pretty sure it can be pretty nasty !!

Coronella austriaca, only ever seen one once...AND I DIDN'T HAVE A CAMERA
Only find them in Dorset, Hampshire and Surry now, most of the time they live underground so chances of me seeing one again are slim unfortunately

if your moving to the south of England we have some pretty interesting Hornets. Big, agressive predators that feed on smaller bees, wasps and insects! That should keep the excitement levels up.

Sadly we don't get them in the north.

Never dared to get close enough to one to get a photo, they're about 4cm long and quite nasty.

We had a nest of them in the garden, had to get a pest control guy in to get rid of the the proper way.....nasty things.
