second time round

decided to try again at breeding my P. murinus a cuople of weeks ago.
I was suprised when the female started drumming her legs and the male kind off reared up abit, after about 10mins of this they mated. Left the male in with her as last time had a few near misses with him.

My P. murinus layed her eggs three days ago now, and she guarding them well, pics will soon follow

Hi I've had a similar thing with my female H. lividium. If something annoys her she drums her front feet (usually its me turning the light on). Still its these strange things that make tarantulas so lovely to keep I think.
