My 2 new and very tiny G. pulchra's have just arrived. I'm so pleased to have gotten this pair as I fell in love wih the jet black velvety look the minute I saw a picture of them. It looks like it will be quite some time before my babies look like that though but they are just sooooo cute anyway. They are both smaller than my G. aureo but were easy to transfer to their new little homes although one tried to make a run for it lol. I will try feeding them later on today but have already given them a little squrt of water down the side of the tubs incase they need a drink after their journey.

    I cant stop grinning

Thanks Richard. I'm glad you managed to get 1 also. I think I will need to be very patient with this pairs growth rate lol.
I havent got pics as yet as my camera isnt very good. I will go and get batteries later and give it a go. I keep asking my Dad to bring his but he forgets each time. I'm dying to put photo's up for you all to see, especially my B. boehmei who is stunning.

Congratulations on your new one too

I've had mine a few months now and I'm still waiting for it to moult. I guess the longer you have to wait for something the better it is when you get there. At that rate it's gonna be amazing when it's adult.

It's only about 2cm. Hopefully it will moult soon and I will post some pics. Not much colour at the moment so hopefully when it does it will be a bit more to look at.

                  Well..

Mine have arrived, yes the little G, pulchra is a lot smaller than my existing one but I love it! All others arrived safely apart from one of my hogma sp slings (You think the others are small, wait till you see one of these!) one of which died in transit.

The other one was ok though and is feeding ok too so fingers crossed. Had to kill a micro cricket to give to it because they are about the same size and thought it safer to give it killed in case the cricket made a meal of the spider!

The E, cyanognathus, E, murinus and L, crotalus are all fine and now settled in so looking forward to seeing how they settle in over the next couple of days.

                  Pictures hopefully to follow...

I'm glad yours arrived ok apart from losing one little un. My little G. pulchra's also has a prekilled micro cricket. One has eaten but the other one hasnt yet so I will remove it in a bit and offer another tomorrow.

I look forward to seeing the photo's of your new ones.

                        Thanks Johanna

Can I ask where you get them from? I'm feeding pinhead crickets just now but squishing the heads of them first.
