Thanks for posting this Richard. I found it absolutely fascinating to see the changes and how they develop.

How long does between each stage of development?

I look forward to your updates.

Congratulations on your new little ones.

Got home tonight to find about half of the nymphs have so far moulted into spiderlings:

Please excuse this silly question, but what is the difference between a nymph and a spiderling? Is it the number of moults it goes through between emerging from the egg sac to looking like a 'proper' spider?

                  Thanks Richard

Its amazing to watch the different development stages of the growing babies. I'm so pleased they are doing well.

As I understand it stage 1 and 2 nymphs occur within the egg sack and when they moult into spiderlings they emerge and start to feed. Having said that I have heard that some S1 and 2 nymphs can actually feed (on either pre-killed prey or their siblings) and drink.

Thanks Richard. As I'm still quite new to keeping Ts it's not something I've come across before. Maybe one day I'll give it a go.

                          Awesome pics!

You'll have to keep in touch when it comes time to sell - if that's what your planning!
All those legs and not a pair of shoes in sight... Nice tarsus tho...

They are for sale if anyone wants any. Don't really know what to ask but was thinking £5 each or 5 for £20. I have already sold 5 and have a few other people interested. If anyone wants any PM me.

At least one of them has eaten already, but some are still S2. Looks as though we'll probably end up with about 70-80 spiderlings.
