  • First moult yipeee

    Hi All

Hope you all had a good day at the show. I was quite sad I could not go, but I'm glad I didn't as my B.bohemi moulted (my first moult).

Chuffed to pieces looks great, will try and post pic as soon as possible, will let him/her settle down for a day or so.

    Regards

    Barbara

Congratulation on your baby having a successful moult. I bet she looks stunning in her new coat

How big is she now? I look forward to photo's.
That certainly makes up for missing the show

Congratulations on your first moult. I remember my daughters P canceroides first moult, when I looked into its tank I thought it was dead but was really relieved when I saw signs of movement. You must be dead chuffed.

            All that worrying for nothing

Funny tho, my B Boehmei shed last night also! He's all white at the moment lol
All those legs and not a pair of shoes in sight... Nice tarsus tho...

Thanks for all your good wishes, I'm still chuffed to bits. Taken to its little hide at moment, think its just resting up a bit!! Probably reckons not going out yet she'll be there with that odd flashing thing!! he he

He/she's body length is about 1.5 cm but legs seem to have doubled in size so reckon in all about 2.5 - 3 cm. You can see the orange on the legs which I was surprised with, but obviously perfect

              Pics to follow asap

Give it a couple of days and some food then you'll see the size difference proper!
