A stinger missile on the international black market.

Dang. Wrong again. Still, nice purchase. Are you going to try breeding her, or are you content to goggle in awe? Looking forward to pics.

I was going to guess on a portable walrus cleaning kit, but hey a T. blondi is just as good

I liked Mikes idea of posting pictures of the transfer from postage container to tank for his H lividium.
i think if there's a few posts like that on here then anyone who is completely new to the hobby and are expecting a T through the post can look to see how it's done, minimising stress on the T.
i was going to post similar for the one i bought yesterday but had no charged camera available ()

Not a bad idea, anyone got a photo set of how to transfer a horny mature male P pederseni into a conveniently padded postal container? That's my next task over the forthcoming week...

Congrats on the new T, will be a most excellent addition no doubt!
All those legs and not a pair of shoes in sight... Nice tarsus tho...

                      Hi,
I had a few guesses in mind, but I'm glad it was a tarantula. I'm a bit mesmerised by my own little additions at the moment so I imagine you can't wait for the T. blondi to arrive!

Nice one Neil, makes my daughters Blondi look insignificant. Hers is only about 2" with a moult impending, but still a fine looking specimen when I actually get to see it lol

Truly impressive Neil, I only hope my daughters get to that size. We've only had ours about 4-6 weeks, an early birthday pressie for my daughter.

a blondi that can be handled?? that's something for the record books! yikes!
i saw a picture of someone with a C. darlingi on their hand...that's the closest comparison i can think of...i had two C darlingi, and no way i'd ever have handled them!
my friend had a blondi and though she'd sit motionless for days, if you bothered her, she'd let you know!
