When i do use them i make a thick paste up consisting of a little ground up digestive biscuit, and any reptile vitamin / mineral supplement powder.
i stick a blob on a little square of kitchen foil so it's easy to remove from the tub when eaten or "going off" which ever comes first.Don't forget to learn what you can, when you can, where you can.

The main thing is, whatever you feed to your crickets, locusts etc etc, a good percentage of this will be injested by the spider when it eats it so, where you can, try to feed a high grade diet with relevant sugars, proteins, minerals etc, Moist products to remain hydrated are required if you dont provide a water dish, so cucumbers fine (but doesn't have a lot of nutrients).
naturally, baby house crickets will feed on dust / skin particals to survive and adult crickets can even extract some nutients from household wiring insulation so they have ultra wide diet capabilities.Don't forget to learn what you can, when you can, where you can.
