5l cereal containers work well. Holes around the top and bottom and in the lid. Work well for burrowers and arboreals. Plus they're cheap!

I don't have any pictures handy. I think Phil R does though as i stole the idea from him

Along the top, about 2" down from the rim, a row of holes all around the circumference of the tub.
The same about 2 or 3" from the bottom, again, all the way round. Allows for better airflow etc Holes in the lid aswell.

          ok cools sounds good

theres a 99p store in my work area, so gonna go down there at lunch for a look, might pick some more up for more arboreal species, my a.avic is in a glasss tank, but there isnt much ventilation so might swap.

My P.fasciata slings are doing really well in the new style tescos soup containers - they are completely transparent and the labels peel off with no mess at all! I've been saving all the soup containers I can for any future slings too.

.. can't remember who I stole it from

If you're a BTS Member, then the following reference should be of interest:

I believe adult pokes do fine in 5l cereal containers.

Try Instore if there is one near you, most of mine are in thier £2.50 ones, drilled as Becky says. I also have some big containers from a local shop, as big as Custom arbie tanks, clear plastic for £3.50, ideal for brood female arboreals.
