Hi everyone. Not posted in quite a while... busy, busy, busy!
A couple of months ago, my A. bicoloratum moulted. I think the tank may have been to dry, I'm not sure, but the moult took a lot longer than usual and when the T eventually 'flipped', it still had the top portion of the old abdomen attached at the point where the abdomen meets the carapace - it looks like the spoiler on a sports car!
I have fought the urge to try and remove it with tweezers, fearing damaging (maybe fatally) my little chum.
I figure the whole lot will just come off with the next moult? Anyone have any experience of this happening?
I'll try and get a photo of this and post it.
