Mites, these can be removed with somecotton wool buds, some vaslene a long pair of forceps (for bitey spiders) and a ton of patience.
Make sure there is no dead food lying around in the cages.
You might want to move this spid into a sterile cage with some damp tissue at one end and the rest of the cage dry, the mites should move onto the tissue.
