What went wrong?

My sub adult female A. Crinirufum went into shed last week, perfect shed it was but she just never flipped back over and now she's dead! Why?
It was a good molt and wasn't wet at all, humid was right and she was clean off mites and stuff, she even kicked her skin away when she'd finished.

Yes Sonny , sounds like exhaustion . My adult blondi died like that although she didnt manage to get fully out .
