my juvinile g.rosea is massive!

i thought they only got to 5 or 6 inches, but my rosea is only a year old or so and she is huge
this is her a week after her moult 2 weeks ago or so. I dont usually let her climb up on me like this, but i was taking some pics and she shot up my arm and decided she likes sitting on my shoulder.
Got her down from my shoulder and she ran back up and relaxed again!
anyhow, doesnt she look a little big for a 1 year old? Im not over feeding her either, she hasnt eaten for 3 months (of her own choice)

She does look big for a G. rosea of approx 1yr. They dont normally reach adult size for 3-4 years or so.

All I keep seeing is "she/her" are you absolutely sure it's female?

Thats even quick growth for a male, but at least more reasonable than a female.

I have a male here that's pushing 6" if that helps

I had a guy in the pet shop look at her and he told me she was a female
however, as ive read on here, these pet shop types arnt to be trusted! haha

ive just checked the exuvium and shes definatly a female, woohoo, good news all round
