    ok heres a mangled up moult did my best to unravel it, hope its still sexable, hope its not a male

          Wrong! The molt is irrelevant. The only part you need is the inside of the epigynal plate, and the epigynal plate is almost impossible to destroy because it's so tough. In your photo it's there in fine shape. The only problem is that the photo is out of focus because you're trying to force your camera to magnify too much.

          Even so, I think it's a female. Check out the attached copy of your photo. The large gray area in the center is the inside of the epigynal plate. The red circled area looks exactly like the female parts we're looking for, adjusted for out-of-focus.
