Hi everyone,
have been trying to breed haplopelmas recently and have had strange results. first I covered the tank with bin liner except for the front, and an area to allow for ventilation. I put the male in the female's tank and after 2 days the female abandoned her burrow, covered it over and went to live at the back of the tank with the male! They've been together happily in there for 9 days now. Is this normal?
Here's a picture of the tank

And here's the male this morning.

and the female this morning.

talk about the happy couple! still don't know if they've bred successfully though.
