  • Is My Chile Rose Sick?

I have noticed that my Chile Rose has something wrong with her 'foot'. Well it might be ok but if anyone can give me feedback. On the end of her leg at the end two joints she has no hair, I did not really notice this to begin with but I am wondering what this could be, she eats well and walks around on it ok. Is she sick or is this/can be a normal thing? Thanks you guys.

I've seen a few T's with bald areas on many different body parts, they suffered no ill effects and all was cured through the next moult.

Possible for a photo to let us have a look?

Wow Colin that was a fast reply

At this moment I am unablt to take pictures as yet, perhaps when i am more up to speed, but thank you very much for your feedback, I was just gettin a wee bit worried about it, i am not really sere if the baldness is creeping up the leg as yet but i will keep you posted. I just want to keep my T's in the best possible shape, I am getting really attached to them, even though I dont really see them as pets. Its more like i just care for them my seeing to their needs and thats it. No cuddly wee puppy dog stuff here!. But thanks again for the feedback, from yourself and the other people on BTS, it has been great.

Wouldn't worry too much about the odd bald spot here and there, you should see the nick of some of mine when they hit pre-moult, never a scabbier specimen has been seen!

Course after the moult they're back to their former glory with a plethora of new bristles to throw in your general direction lol nice like that T's are...!
All those legs and not a pair of shoes in sight... Nice tarsus tho...

one thing to consider is that excessive baldness can mean the T is a bit stressed...but i wouldn't worry about a bit of baldness, it does happen!
