work on the forum skin

Hi All
Currently working on the forum skin to match that of the new BTS web site, after the work is finished it should be a lot easier to get from the forum to the main site.

You're welcome...thanks for all the effort you put in for us.

If it helps at all, I've been loading the page in different browsers (ie Firefox, IE etc) and it's loading smoothly without any glitches for me...no script errors etc.

The only real bug I can see now is the double loading of the boarders when posting and viewing, going to try something now and its off to bed to dream about it all...... I'll most likely fix it in my sleep.

Yep.... looking good Mate.

Just powered my old laptop up with win98se and it copes nicely, the next door neighbour has been on with his Mac thingy (yuk) and he says it's fine too.

The forum is definitely changing - I tend to leave it in a tab most of the day - and the burgundy is certainly better than the crimson you tried earlier.

Works fine in FF and Safari (yes I'm on a Mac and love it).
The most obvious problem is the header graphic. It appears as the Apple reflection design in most instances however it also reverts to the dithered gradient with the Apple design behind. The dithered graphic doesn't align at the top or bottom of the forum.

I'll look out for more although forums are much easier than websites.

Header and footer grad aligned (Safari & FF). Top panel uses Apple style bottom and various panel heads still use dithered grad.

If you want some help I'll offer to convert the existing forum buttons for you, I believe I have all the buttons necessary, as usual pm me.

The INDEX page has now been updated and all the usual pages are accessible, but are in the process of being re skinned, the site and forum will be seamless after the work is completed.
