Returning violence for violence multiplies violence, adding deeper darkness to a night already devoid of stars... Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that. -Martin Luther King Jr.
Did anyone else watch the moon turn blood-red for 52 minutes at 3am this morning?
It started eclipsing at 1.40am
I was a little irate though feeling refreshed this morning as I had set my alarm clock to go off at 3am, and it never did! Arrghh...
Looks really nice though!

Pyro the Brachypelma Auratum!!!!!!!!!!
Gorgeous, wasn't it!!! Here, in the middle of the USA, the eclipse started at about 7:45pm, and ending about 10:50pm. I sat in my IL's drive (out in country, no city light to compete with) with my camera and camcorder, freezing my you know what off every 20 minutes or so, trying to get the different phases. It was 6 degrees F.
Since my SLR is about 25 + yr old, I have to get the film developed first.
