    blossom my nhandu chromatus dropped a sac overnight , so i have everything crossed that all goes well

        thanks tom and leanne , o yes it was planned sac tom i mated her back in september of last year, saturday the 7th if memory serves me right , providing all goes well leanne i will send you a sling no prob

              Congrats Andy, fingers crossed everything goes well. I think I'd be climbing the walls from September til now, that's quite a long time, is this the norm? (sorry I don't know anything about the duration)
              Really liked the look of this T when I was first choosing one, those and the A. genics caught my eye because of the B&W stripes. Maybe its connected to all the zebra's I've had to retouch for Investec.

                      thanks for all your comments , like i said its my first egg sac so i am very hopefull nothing goes wrong , and i get a nice amount of slings out of it, i will keep updates on how its going, course you can have a few sling colin no prob's , i was wondering when she was going to drop the sac peter , i have read that some spiders have long gestation periods between mating and laying , like you i had no idea how long the duration would be , i do now though heheeh

                          Gutted

                          been into spider room and looked in on blossom and shes eaten her egg sac, i no these thing happen , but im feeling real upset and bad as this was a shared egg sac and not solely mine
