Ill Curly Hair

Hi,


My Curly Hair doesn't look too well. He's skinny, bald and doesn't seem quite as well co-ordinated as he used to be.

Just wondering is anyone can suggest anything?

Is it too warm, or too humid?

I changed the substrate a while ago as he was starting to go bald.

Could it be he is just old and male?

Can't really tell too much from the picture,

have a look on its front legs (leg I) for tibial spurs, and boxing style gloves on its palps, if they're present then it's a male that's probably run his course.

If not then possibly post some closer images so members may offer their advice.

Hi Colin,

He has got the little spur things - which kinda made me thing it was a male and might just be getting old. The Chilean Rose who lives next door to him (fingers crossed) is doing okay.

What sort of photo would be handy?

Well if you want to double check then a close, side (ish) view of the front legs and palps would be ideal.

This is what the spur will look like (or very similar)
