It's just over a week to Choc-Fest 2008....so in case I'm tied up and too busy to do this nearer the time...



Teehee!! And no it's not a real spider...it's a stunt double...also known as *a shed skin*!! LOL

I plan on spider-shopping rather than chowing chocolate...Pokie Subfusca is next on the *hitlist*...after Euathlus Sp.Red and a couple of others! lol Anyone else getting spidery for Easter?

Nice pic, I see you used the liquidise filter very well! I use to love making images in PS; last year, till I jus couldn't find the time to carry on my lil self-training wid it.
Anyway, nice pic, happy Easter (it screwed up my school holidays though, cuz it came early and our holiday, normally two consecutive weeks has been split up into two separate weeks!)
BTW I just saw a freshly moulted cricket, all white with wings - it was weird, and I saw some skins on the floor; they disgusted and repulsed me cuz they are so small and butters and weird lol!
On the other hand, I cannot wait to get my T. and have it moult and hopefully be able to take a good look at the skin and keep a hold on to it!

Ah Louise I'm jealous, P. subfusca is the top of my wishlist I'm hoping to pick up a sling or two at the BTS show.

Unfortunately I won't be buying any more spiders just now as I am totally skint until my studnet loan comes in next month (literally, I have £20 to my name.) But the reason I'm so skint is I spent it all on spiders so I guess I deserve it, lol.

I'm just counting down the weeks to the BTS show. It's my birthday the week before so hopefully I will have plenty of pocket money. Be sure to post pics of your subfusca if you get it, it will give me something to drool over while I wait .

@ Kate...My birthday is 13th May...so for me that's as good excuse as any to do some extra spider shopping at the BTS show!! Since Colin got me hooked on Pokies I've been laying my hands on as many of the *elite beauties* as I can!! lol

I sure think I will, but to think that if it is a female I may have it for up to thirty years is quite crazy; half my life and it should live to see what I make of myself in the future - that is whack!
I'm thinking about getting three emperor scorpions too and putting them together, but I do not have a big enough tank as of yet for that!

I'm off to the Essex meet up in a week or two, so if it counts as Easter still, I seem to have ordered 2 subfuscas and a gecko for Julie, and 3 G alticeps slings for me......... I tried so hard to resist but after standing on my hands and locking up the pc my fingers escaped me and danced across a carelessly abandoned laptop before I could control them!

And mine is the 12th! Spot who will be 'high rolling' at the BTS show! I will also be cashing in an Anniversary prezzie from 21st April so even better for me!

In the meantime I guess it will have to be chocs for Easter instead of spideys.
