HI all its luke i just want to know do i need a Licence to Import a Tarantula From the UK to Ireland please help for as im planing on buying a T in a few days from the UK

I think so long as its postage in europe you dont have any problems. its just further afield you run into complications such a taxes and paperwork etc etc!!!!

Just out of curiosity then, could someone please advise me on the current situation on buying T's and scorps from the USA?

i know that anything bought from the USA carries an import tax of 20% (or is it 17%???) unless it is marked as a 'gift'

whether this applies to arachnids im not sure but best to be warned about this.
