Urgent. Help required

Hi everyone.
A member has contacted me regarding his collection. He is having problems sourcing crickets in his area. He has tried having them delivered but his local post office are being awkward about delivering them. He did buy them from a local pet shop but they have closed.

Does anyone know of a pet shop in the Leicester area that could supply him crickets.

He is desperate and has been a member for a long time. He does not wish to give the hobby up but needs to find somewhere quick.

I'm sure that one of these pet shops if close to him will order them in for him if they dont have any.

Despite what the post office says it is perfectly legal to post insects so by right they should post them to him. If not he has the right to complain to the head office.

It states in the booklet that I got from the post office that ypu can post insecs just not mammals and other vertibrate so the post office have to post them if they are going to complain about it then they are in the wrong.

Hey Ray Hale, i live in leicester but i buy my livefood from globallivefood.co.uk. Theres a exotic animals dealer- if you tell him to contact Dave at Scales and Tails 0116 2813705 and he might be able to arrange a delivery when he gets his stock in as long as its not too much to send! Hes based in Wigston which is about 30mins from the city near 'Wigston Stage Hotel' off Welford Road! Usual open till 730!!
