  • Where to get sling pots in bulk?

Hey everyone. I was just wondering about where I could get cheap pots for all the babies I get from my rosie sac (assuming it turns out ok). I was thinking of maybe going to a chemist / photo lab and trying to get film pots but these days everyone uses digital so not sure if I'll be able to get hold of many.

To anyone who has bred Ts, where do you get hold of vials / pots for the slings?

You'll be surprised how many people still use film Kate.

The last time i just popped into the three main photo labs in town i came away with over 80 tubs. (i've now asked them to save the tubs for me and i just stick a couple of quid in their tea money pot when i collect).

On issue i had was with Boots, the one in my town said they were not allowed to give them away anymore (health and safety issues) after a woman had sued them after getting a skin complaint from one of the tubs she was given, apparently due to residual chemicals ?????? (actually sounds like complete and utter tosh to me but who am i to argue, i just don't use the shop any more)

Yes Matt, i really should have mentioned them, i had "film pots" in my mind when i answered though.

        Colin

p.s. they are very nice spider pots, but make even better taxonomy pots for storage of spider bits!! you want to add that to your selling info mate.

                  How about here ? http://www.cater4you.co.uk/acatalog/...auce-Pots.html

If my sums add up, for 1000 1oz pots and lids will only cost £23.44p

Pop down your local kebab shop or Indian take-away, see if they'll do you a deal on pots.
