ok maybe i didnt state thsi right i mean siblings from the same sac breeding with one another and reproducing successfully. i know growth rates can be adjusted to do this but can this happen with slings raised at the same rate, ive been led to believe left to nature males mature faster so they wont breed with their sisters and reproduce but i found something last night in my group of incei thats got my head spinning

      Hey Mike,

Long time no speak, must be a few years since you were at the BTS Exhibition, when you commin over again?

never done it my self but know a sound German guy who has bred them and keeps colonys of them.

Also noticed that in some mixed groups a female will emerge first, and in same sex groups all grow at the same rate (not incei though)

      Good to see you here

hey Ray yes its been years, no clue if or when ill ever be able to make it back over

seems like a few people have tried colones with decent results, i just heard of a Canadian who had siblings in a colony reproduce too.

i wonder if thats a product of captivity or a survival strategy to insure someone reproduces incase of lack of adult females?

must say it was quite shocking to find this as i was going through the dirt after separating my colony last night looking for anyone hiding. i started seeing males maturing about 2 months ago

Hi Mike, nice to see another ATS representative on here. welcome to the forum mate.

Regarding your question, wasn't there a thread some time back on the ATS (or similar) where a chap had 3rd generation H incie breeding in a community that was set up initially with the contents of one sac.
Don't forget to learn what you can, when you can, where you can.
