If you've just got him/her recently then she'll need time to settle in before she'll eat chances are. Some T's will eat as soon as you get them home. Others aren't quite so greedy, lol! I'd take the crickets out if you can and give him/her a week to settle before offering one as a trial. When it's hungry she'll go on the hunt or the crickets will climb if you have some bark or plants in the tank. If she eats it try her on another in a day or two after. 2-3 crickets a week will probably be enough for him/her. But don't worry if it doesn't eat as they can go weeks and months without eating.
