Dear All
Just like to wish everyone a Happy New Year, I would like to thank everyone for thier contributions to this forum and the society.

2008 has been a good year, despite the weather......

The forum has grown such a lot this year and we have added and developed much. The new Classifieds section works well and the Gallery is been a real joy to see grow.

A special thanks goes out to the contributors to the Theraphosidae Gallery.
They have all generously added to one of the most accurately ID'ed galleries on the net. Thank you all for this and look forward to this developing further in 2009.

Also a big thanks to our Mods both old and new, you have all made my job a lot easier.. Cheers all

Well I guess we all have 2009 to look forward too now, I know all the talk is of the credit crunch and doom and gloom but just remember folks the BTS is still only £15 per membership. Or the cost of 3 packets of fags, or 5 pints of beer.

As for know the latter lasts but a very short time a day for some. However the BTS membership lasts a year and doesn't kill you in the long term.

Well the new season kicks off with the BTS Agm in Jan then its the 7th Annual Lectures and Dinner, and then the sun will be out and the Exhibition will be here in May.

Wishing everyone a Great New Year and looking forward to meeting you all in 2009.

2008... the year I got back into arachnids and joined the BTS... good year.

Thank you to everyone on the BTS who have given us soooo much information. We have also made some fantastic friends on here... it is 'the arachnid place to be'
