Thula Vol 1 Issue 2, AIF Biannual Journal December 2008
Happy new year every one from the Australian invertebrate forum .
we are an amateur invertebrate club running in Australia and we have just released our second edition.
we would like you to pop in and down load a copy and love to here some feed back and please have a look around our site and make a post or two.

Thula is the journal of the Australian Invertebrate Forum (AIF) which was established by Greg Bylund to advance
invertebrate research, conservation, captive breeding and husbandry among invertebrate enthusiasts.
Membership to the AIF is open to anyone with an interest in invertebrates. Membership includes subscription
to Thula, a biannual journal of invertebrate biology and husbandry, and is available online through the AIF
    website.

And a big thank you to Mark Pennell for the permission to post this thread
    cheers

Just to follow up on Greg's post for those interested inthe journal who are not members of the AIF site (free membership) you'll probably need to go here to register:

then go to the AIF Research Centre area and download the journals.

We cover invertebrates but have a strong focus on Australian therophosids including in the latest issue referred to above, Phlogius sp. rubiseta (breeding), Phlogius sp. Goliath (breeding), a species from a new Australian genus (called the "JT") (discovery), an announcement by Steve Nunn concerning the newly dicovered Phlogius sp. hirsutus as well as a short communication on a rare Selenotholus sp. "QLD".

I think anyone with an interest in Asutralian theraphosids will enjoy our second journal (and the first!) which contains anout 50 pages of information and photographs.

Declaration: I am the editor of Thula.

    Happy new year to all.
