  • L.dificillis nibbling at front legs

Please can anyone advise me on why my MM is nibbling away at his front legs. All the hairs have completly gone. I have checked him for mites and there is nothing and he's to big for me to pick him up and have a look for a parasite. His legs are just bone now. It's not very nice , Could this be an infection or something. Please help as I'm worried about him.

Should that be they are just bare now? I'm not picking fault, just trying to get the facts.

Yes they are bare. Any idea of what it might be?

Could it be excessive grooming? Last time I had a MM (few years ago now) I never noticed any hair loss on his legs but he groomed constantly.
