    I have report that Steve Paine (tarantulabarn@aol.com) of Tarantulabarn have not replied to any of my emails or secure messages and dont post a telephone contact anywhere on their site.

    Please be very aware of doing business with Tarantulabarn, as clearly ripping a past customer off, after taking full payment on an order, is not an issue.

    Thanks for the support from members of this forum .. there are some good people on here

        Thankyou very much Linda I have emails from Tarantulabarn stating that they hadnt posted due to the terrible weather conditions earlier in the year. Which was understandable but this delay took me out of the paypal 45 day insured cover period. I wasnt phased as i'd had no problems with a previous order for slings. Then the last email stated that they had posted 3 days after i'd paid and placed the order on 19th dec 09. The email i received dated 14 feb 2010 says "sorry for the delay in replying, that order was sent 3 days after completing, which is some time ago now, please leave it with me and i will look into it. steev"
        I've asked for the Royal Mail recorded delivery reference number, which I'd paid for, so that i can check if they had tried a delivery but I've been ignored ever since. I am always at home as i am disabled so i am pretty confident that no delivery has ever been attempted and the lad who delivers the Royal Mail parcels is a mate i've known since school plus as he pointed out the Royal Mail do leave calling cards if they fail to get a reply.
        I feel that their silence since infers that i've been dishonest or the Royal Mail have failed and yet it can easily proven one way or the other by this reference number. Sorry for OTT detail in this post but i hope from all this that my treatment shows that forewarned is forearmed.

          I've had some experiences with TSS, mostly very good. A couple of times they dispatched my order the day after I ordered it (even tho I made the orders early in the morning around 9am), which didn't make it next day delivery.
          Devoted tarantula enthusiast & Future M.balfouri specialist.

            I have ordered from the spider shop a lot and recomend them 110% i once had a DOA from them but they were more then happy to replace it and then some! top guys!
